Our 03+ tie rods are intended to be used with the stock steering rack in your full size Ford
- The all steel HD Inner tie rod end threads into the tie rod tube for easy adjustment or replacement
- Features 1.250″ solid rods with oversized pin Moog Problem Solver outer tie rod ends
- The oversize tie rod end requires reaming of your spindle in order to mount the tie rod from the top
- Mounting the tie rod on the top decreases the tie rod angle putting less stress on your steering rack
The stock 03 and newer ford tie rods are weak and prone to breakage leaving you stranded on the track and out of competition. Our 03+ tie rods give you peace of mind when you hit the demolition derby track. The inner tie rod an all steel piece that is substantially stronger than a stock tie rod end welded to a tie rod tube. The tube and oversized outer tie rod are the same proven components we offer in our other tie rod sets.
