The universal mount stock appearing Ford 8.8 is setup so that it can bolt directly into 98 and newer Fords with watts link suspension and 97 and down with 4-link suspension.
This package starts with an 8.8” c-clip housing from a 79-97 Crown Vic. The axle tubes are replaced with 3” OD ½” wall DOM tubing for a rock solid foundation. The housing is outfitted with billet deep bore housing ends to house the 35 spline Moser hobby stock axle shafts and billet main caps are installed to provide extra strength. The rear end is assembled with a new spool, bearings and gear ratio of your choice. Fabrication is rounded out with threaded coil spring perches, HD lower mounts that can accompany both watts link and 4 link mounting, top outer watts link brackets, and bolt on pinion brake with mounting points for watts link arms. Comes standard with a 3/8″ thick fabricated cover.
Rear end comes to you filled with fluid, broken-in and ready for punishment.

- 35 spline Moser Hobby Stock axle shafts with bronze bushings and HD retainer plates
- Billet housing ends
- Billet main caps
- New 1/2″ wall DOM axle tubes
- Full spool with gear ratio of your choice and all new bearings
- Bolt-on pinion brake with watts link mounts
- HD upper and lower trailing arm mounts for watts link and 4-link
